f being forced, or beaten into submission they calmly watched from a distance. The Grand Elephants were the final act. They were wonderful! I had watched during intermission, the trainer did have a gaffe. He used it to touch her. She didn't flinch. He tapped her, and pointed it to where she should go, she did. While waiting for riders to board, she petted him. He petter her. There was no sense of hate in her eyes. She trusted him to keep her safe in the melee of strangers all around her. What a wonderful show! Oh, the acrobatic people acts were great too!
I absolutely loved the circus tonight in Hemphill Texas. They are all so so super talented and made every part of the show something amazing!!! My kids enjoyed every minute of it and I think I was just as excited about it as they were!! The animals were awesome, were awesome, the show was awesome. I'm so glad I got to experience this show and share it with my husband and kids!! Thank you guys for all you do to entertain others and put a smile on our faces!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Excited to see the upcoming circus with my children. Hoping to see good treatment and care of the animals especially the Elephants. There has been a lot of animal abuse in OTHER traveling circus and I hope they go above and beyond in caretaking to show that they care about their show pets and their conditions and comfort. I will be thoroughly checking and will change rating accordingly.
I had a blast with my daughters and little brother at your show in Nacogdoches, Texas!!! We have never been to a circus and it was amazing!!! We will most definitely come watch it again if you come back next year!!!
I am a lover and friend to animals and the circus I saw was wonderful. The animal shows were fantastic - I have never seen so much lover and respect for the show animals then was displayed. For all the love of the animals shown by the handlers and trainers, just as much was given back to them by the animals. It was joy at its core and well worth the admission. I saw children smiling and happy parents. In todays world this goes quite a long way.
On a side note, when leaving I saw a small group of unhappy, angry and mean looking people that seemed overly critical of other peoples activity. It seems that perhaps they need to see an entertainment event like football - where humans have been trained in horrible ways (money) for the sole purpose of entertaining millions of people via the abuse of their bodies. I say free the humans! Lets us set up sanctuaries for them so they can live free and not be subject to such cruelty!
I never much liked circuses because there was always too many people acts and not enough animals. This one had a good mix of both and both were as good, if not better, than a Ringlings show. For me the star performers were the tigers, which started the show, and the elephants, who ended it. In both cases, the animals performed with little direction from their humans. The trust required for such beautiful human/animal artistry is amazing.
Great show! Family friendly and entertaining. I will be attending again for sure. The price was right and I don't know how anyone can say people are cruel to the animals. It seemed like more of a learning experience than anything. Very informative. Now before you comment on this make sure you didn't get your facts off goggle or a meme and claim you know it all. Go watch a show and see the magic yourself. If they were beating these animals or harming them at all then they would be shut down in the United States. Wake up Its 2016. We don't need to whip an animal to train them. We're smarter than that, and I don't believe that's how these animals are trained. I think the show was fantastic and interesting. A learning experience for the whole family. And before you comment... I know it was awful... Awfully awesome. Thanks.
